Natalia has worked with diverse professional teams - including managers, supervisors, and frontline employees - supporting changes in the way people work, behave, and communicate.

Focusing on everyday interactions, decision-making, and collaboration, her work helps reshape how teams operate in practice, not just in theory.

She is a Board member at WeGoZero, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Natalia is also a partner at M Squared Consulting GmbH, a Zurich-based business consultancy, working on organisational development, leadership, and transformation across different industries.

A proud mother of two, a son of 29, and a daughter of 23 years old, living in Athens, Greece with her husband Giannis.

I envision leaders who lead with fairness and purpose, who recognise the unique strengths within their teams, nurture talent, and empower others to thrive. These are the leaders who not only deliver results but elevate those around them in the process.

In team coaching, I envision groups where people grow both individually and collectively, within a culture of collaboration, respect, and shared purpose. Safe spaces where individuals speak openly, take initiative, and learn from one another without fear of judgment.

Strong teams are built on trust, respect, and honest communication. My goal is to help teams develop these foundations, overcome challenges, and discover practical solutions together.
